Question: why is clay moldable ?
Prediction: I Think it will be very sticky ?
Experiment :1cup of flour 1/4cup of salt but I didn't
put any in the clay 2 tablespoons of cream of tartar
1cup of water.
I noticed it took a long time to thicker and it was
sticky and slimy.
I saw it getting thicker and thicker and very sticky.
I think that with out the salt it was very sticky and
took longer to cook.
I wonder what the cream of tartar did to make the clay
better.
